Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game Kkoma Dokkaebi ("the Game") provided by SP Speedy Games ("we"), and the rights and obligations of us and the players.

2. Definitions

3. Posting and changes

We post these terms in the in-game settings and on the web. We announce changes in the Game at least 7 days in advance (30 days if unfavorable). If you do not agree, you may stop using the Game and delete your account.

4. Agreement

The agreement is formed when you install and run the Game and accept these terms; a guest account is created without registration. Guest data is tied to the device, so we recommend linking Google Play Games to avoid data loss when reinstalling or changing devices.

5. Minors

Minors need the consent of a legal guardian to make purchases. A purchase made by a minor without that consent may be cancelled by the minor or the guardian, except where the minor deceived us into believing they were an adult or had consent, or the purchase was within money the guardian allowed the minor to spend freely.

6. Our obligations

We comply with applicable laws and these terms, try to provide a stable service, protect your personal information under the Privacy Policy, and respond to legitimate complaints.

7. Your obligations

You must not:

8. Service availability

The service is provided 24/7 in principle, but may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, failures or force majeure; scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. If the service is discontinued we announce it 30 days in advance and refund unused paid currency and the remaining period of paid items according to law and our Refund Policy.

9. Paid services

Paid items are purchased through Google Play Billing; price, contents and whether withdrawal is possible are shown on the purchase screen. 30-day products apply for 30 days from purchase, and buying again adds 30 days to the remaining period. Paid items and Dokkaebi Coins apply only to the character (server) that bought them and cannot be moved to another server's character or another account; time-limited products (monthly passes) also apply only to that character. Ad removal applies to the whole account (characters on every server). The purchase screen shows "applies to this character (server) only".
Dokkaebi Coins are a paid currency (1 coin = KRW 1) usable for cash products. Coins cannot buy coin products, cannot be mixed with cash in one payment, and every coin purchase and use is recorded in a server ledger. If coins are reclaimed after a cancelled or refunded payment and the balance becomes negative, coins cannot be used until the balance is 0 or more.

10. Withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw a purchase within 7 days. As permitted by Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal is restricted for items already used or partly consumed, items applied immediately on purchase, and opened probability items; such restrictions are shown on the purchase screen. If an item differs from its description, you may withdraw within 3 months of delivery or within 30 days of noticing. Free items are not refundable. Unused Dokkaebi Coins can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; once any of them has been used, withdrawal is not possible. See the Refund Policy.

11. Probability items

We disclose the rates of every probability item in the in-game table and on the Probability Information page, and announce any change in advance.

12. Restrictions

If you violate section 7 we may warn, suspend (1, 7 or 30 days) or permanently ban the character and reclaim improperly obtained items. Suspensions apply per character (server); a suspended character sees the reason, the period and the support e-mail (hohoma3402@gmail.com) when connecting. You may appeal through support. Every operator action is kept in an unalterable audit log.

12-2. Servers and characters

The Game runs several servers (worlds). One account can have one character per server. When a server reaches its character limit it becomes "full" (no new characters) and a new server opens. Progress, rankings, arena, guilds, server content, paid items and coins are separate per server (character); the login account, payment receipts and ad removal are shared by the account. Server content unlocks by server day (the opening day is day 1, increasing daily at 05:00 KST) together with character progress. The closed-beta "test server" stops accepting new characters after launch and closes on an announced date; its data is not moved to live servers. We may merge low-population servers with 30 days' notice; duplicate character names may become "Name(server number)".

12-3. Chat and reports

Guild chat is visible to members of the same guild only. Abuse, hate, sexual content, spam, advertising, personal information and illegal trade offers are prohibited; filtered words are masked automatically and rapid repeated messages are temporarily limited. You can report messages; operators review reports and may hide messages or apply section 12 measures. Reported messages and report records are kept for 90 days after handling and used only for policy enforcement and lawful requests.

12-4. Push notifications and advertising messages

We may send informational and promotional notifications; you can opt out at any time in the device or game settings. Promotional notifications are sent only with your consent and their title starts with "(광고)" (advertisement). Between 21:00 and 08:00 KST promotional notifications are sent only to users who gave a separate night-time consent. We show you the result and date whenever you give or withdraw consent and store the consent date on our server.

13. Account deletion

You can request deletion in the in-game settings at any time. Device and Google links are removed immediately and game data is destroyed 7 days later and cannot be restored. Remaining paid currency and items are lost, so request any refund before deleting.

14. Liability

We compensate damages caused by our intent or negligence as required by law. We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, your own fault or failures of third-party services (such as Google), unless caused by our intent or gross negligence.

15. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by mutual consultation; you may apply for mediation to the Korean Content Dispute Resolution Committee. Lawsuits are filed with the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
